Last February, I made the periorbital rejuvenation at Alexey Dikarev's Clinic. I'm 50 now. The surgery involved endoscopic lifting of the upper and middle third of my face, and the upper and lower blepharoplasty. I deliberated over whether or not to have this surgery for several years. I looked pretty good for my age because I exercise on a regular basis and would visit salons for beauty treatments. But there are some things only surgery can remove or improve. Just about everyone probably experiences facial soft tissue changes due to gravity at my age. Fillers and vector liftings won't do anything to help I only wanted to have a blepharophasty and not undergo endoscopic lifting, but Alexey Sergeevich convinced me that blepharoplasty wouldn't be enough to achieve the rejuvenation result I wanted.
